March 28th, 29th 2026 the focus is on natural wines, with nothing added and nothing taken away.
We are bringing together all those with a pure thirst and a thirst for purity from near and far to taste wine directly from the producers themselves.
In Portuguese, PURA SEDE means pure thirst and by founders Clara and Florian’s understanding, a thirst for purity.
The wine fair is a diverse assembly of people curious to know more about this mission.
To the organisers, natural wine is simply wine with a minimal intervention approach and a deep respect for nature.
This fair presents a chance to hear from some of the wine world's most revered producers themselves what natural winemaking means to them.
